Kelly Said That! Kelly Hicks, voiceover artist, to be exact. I say all kinds of things, and people listen. I’m not your average voice in a box, I know how to connect to your audience and really talk to them. I can bring the listener in, make them feel that they are talking to that friendly girl-next-door, the caring teacher, the stern authority, or the bad guy. Whatever you need people to hear, I’m the one to say it.
Looking for someone to narrate those medical projects? You are in luck! I have close to two decades of hospital and retail pharmacy experience, specializing in oncology. This means I can not only say the big words, but I also actually know what they mean. I now apply the qualities I have developed that have proven successful in healthcare to my voiceover career. Qualities such as professionalism, the ability to take direction, flexibility, and most importantly, humor.

My Studio
I have a professionally treated home studio, using an AT 2020 microphone with a PreSonus Audiobox96 USB interface. I use Audacity for the DAW and run it all with a Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
I grew up in Southern Idaho, minutes away from Shoshone Falls and the scenic Snake River Canyon. I now reside in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, with views of Mt. Ranier in my backyard and the Puget Sound out my front door. I have years of stage and public speaking experience. In addition, I have trained for voiceover with the consummate professionals at Such A Voice.
When I’m not behind the mic I can be found enjoying my fantastic natural surroundings with my husband and two rescue mixed breed supermutts.
